Galveston Wedding Photographer – A Trolley Station Love

Former high-school acquaintances Jena and John reconnected through a mutual friend (who later admitted to secretly plotting their reunion) on a weekend trip to Galveston. It was there that the pair spent an entire night chatting beneath the stars and reminiscing over lost time. “After a few trips to the dog park, an Astros game, and lots of meals shared together,” Jena says, “it didn’t take long for our new friendship to develop into a loving relationship.” Fast-forward to an especially memorable New Year’s Eve in San Antonio, when John asked for Jena’s hand in front of the Alamo, surrounded by twinkling Christmas lights. “I of course said, ‘Yes,’ and was over the moon with joy,” recounts the bride. The couple’s wedding, which included 175 of their childhood friends and family, keyed on a coral and mint palette. An abundance of roses and floating orchids created a vintage coastal theme inspired by the couple’s love for the beach. It was, in Jena’s words, “the best weekend of my life!”
